CPKC is looking for a Claims Representative to take charge of evaluating and resolving a variety of claims, including third-party damages. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to gather data, assess liability, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your detail-oriented approach will be key to maintaining comprehensive and organized claim files. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from initial notification to resolution
- Investigate claims and assess liability
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Prepare claim summaries and reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of claims handling experience
- Familiarity with claims investigation principles
- Solid communication written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel in claims management with CPKC and help drive operational excellence.
