C&F; Property Shine is a growing exterior property services company serving Winnipeg — window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and more. We're looking for one reliable person to train from the ground up and grow with the business.
What you'll do:
- Learn window, gutter, and exterior cleaning techniques from the ground up — no experience necessary, full training provided
- Work outdoors, including on ladders and at heights, using proper safety equipment
- Represent the company professionally with residential and commercial clients
What we're looking for:
- Reliable and punctual — able to be at job sites on time, every time
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
- Physically able to carry equipment and work on ladders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
What we offer:
- Paid, hands-on training — no experience needed
- $18/hour to start, with a performance review and raise prospect after 60 days
- Room to grow as the company expands
- Consistent, full daytime hours
