Cleaner Supervisor

Location: Vancouver (Close to Stadium Skytrain Station)

Employment Type: Full-time (Hourly Pay)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

Hourly Wage: $20

We are seeking a Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious, high-end residential condominium community. This key position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall excellence of the property while supporting daily building operations.

The Cleaner Supervisor plays a crucial role in the upkeep of a large residential high-rise and is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong cleaning leadership experience.

The successful candidate will help ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming living environment for residents.

Compensation & Benefits:

- $20 per hour
- Extended health benefits, dental, and life insurance after 6 months of employment

Key Responsibilities: An integral part of the building maintenance team, the candidate must have excellent cleaning skills, be a self starter with good customer service skills, relating comfortably and respectfully with owners, tenants, contractors, guests, etc.

Responsibilities

- Maintains a clean and organized work environment in all areas via sweeping, wiping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming or other methods.
- Services, cleans, and supplies all restrooms daily
- Cleans windows and mirrors
- Organizes janitorial storage areas and manages janitorial supply inventory
- Uses such personal protective equipment as is required at all times
- Removes waste and empties trash
- Reports any unsafe conditions or items in need of repair or maintenance
- Follows all health and safety regulations.





Qualifications & Skills · Hands-on experience in building cleaning

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team

· Ability to lift heavy objects, use power tools, and perform physically demanding tasks

· Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude

· Comfortable working with pressure washing and pool maintenance equipment (training provided if needed)

· Willingness to learn and adapt to a variety of tasks

· Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

· Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
