Overview The Client Services Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the sample receiving area. This role is responsible for coordinating the receipt and shipment of samples, maintaining accurate data entry, and providing client support to ensure accurate and timely testing services. The Client Services Officer serves as the primary point of contact for sample intake and client inquiries, helping to ensure smooth laboratory operations and exceptional customer service.

Accountabilities

- Communicate with clients regarding analytical testing requirements.
- Accurate transcription of data.
- Log samples and required analysis into the lab information management system (LIMS).




- Coordinate the shipping of sampling supplies to clients based on their needs.
- Provide general administrative support services for clients.

Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, sample receiving, logistics, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of laboratory operations, sample handling, or basic chemistry is considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.

Skills

- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver quality work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

The chosen candidate will also be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.

This position is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
