Artisan Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Ajax location.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proven people manager who can balance team development, sales performance, operational excellence and an exceptional client experience.

The successful candidate will lead a strong multidisciplinary team in a rapid-paced environment and will be accountable for both the day-to-day performance of the clinic and the continued development of its people.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing clinic team
- Driving daily, weekly and monthly revenue performance
- Delivering consistent sales coaching and skill development
- Monitoring key performance indicators and translating results into clear action plans
- Holding direct reports accountable for performance, conduct and expectations
- Addressing underperformance promptly, professionally and constructively
- Maintaining team engagement and motivation while upholding high standards
- Overseeing clinic operations, staffing, scheduling and client experience
- Managing multiple priorities with sound judgment and composure
- Supporting local marketing, community engagement and clinic growth initiatives

We are looking for a leader with:

- Proven experience managing and developing employees

- Strong sales leadership experience, including coaching and developing others

Experience in medical aesthetics, luxury beauty, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, retail or another high-performance service environment is strongly preferred.

Medical aesthetics experience is an asset, but we are also open to exceptional leaders from other premium, client-focused and sales-driven industries.
