At Healthcord, we bridge biomedical technology with clinical practice. We are hiring an energetic, communicative and results-driven Clinical Relations & Growth Associate to build our local healthcare referral network. You will be the face of our company to OB-GYNs, family physicians, and clinic staff across Greater Vancouver, turning conversations into active referral partnerships.

What You’ll Do

- Drive Field Engagement: Conduct proactive outreach to medical practices, establishing direct contact with physicians, midwives, and clinic coordinators.

- Hit Clear Milestones: Manage your outreach pipeline to consistently achieve monthly target metrics for clinic presentations, partner sign-ups, and patient referrals.

- Build High-EQ Relationships: Combine scientific literacy with natural charisma to navigate gatekeepers, build goodwill, and position our services as the provider of choice.

- Execute & Own Results: Track daily interactions in our CRM, execute follow-ups, and take full ownership of your assigned territory's growth.

- Relevant Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Life Sciences, Business, Health, Communications, or a related discipline.

- Mobility: Valid Driver’s License is required.
