Lead the clinical team at EHN Canada’s Sandstone Recovery Centre, focusing on mental health and addiction treatment for youth. Provide expert mentorship while managing a clinical caseload in a supportive workplace. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will oversee daily clinical operations and ensure patient-centered care for adolescents and young adults aged 12–24.

Your role includes maintaining a clinical caseload, supporting team members with complex cases, and participating in treatment planning. EHN Canada values quality care and collaboration across their network. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to Counsellors
- Maintain a clinical caseload, offering individual and group therapy

- Support clinicians with complex patient issues and treatment challenges
- Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborations Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology
- 2+ years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role
- 2+ years working with eating disorders and young adults
- Strong knowledge of CBT and DBT therapeutic approaches
