KRGinsure is looking for a skilled Team Lead for our Toronto SME Commercial Risk Placement Team. Take charge of client management and team mentorship in this full-time role. You will play a leading role in managing commercial clients while providing meaningful mentorship to your team members.

This position focuses on creating and delivering high-quality insurance solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and robust market relationships. Your analytical skills will help bridge coverage gaps in client portfolios. Key Responsibilities:

- Guide team members' development and growth
- Maintain comprehensive service for a diverse client book
- Perform detailed coverage gap analysis
- Implement effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies
- Negotiate impactful insurance programs for clients Requirements:
- Active RIBO license is mandatory
- At least three years in commercial insurance brokerage
- Minimum three years as a Team Lead
- Knowledge of specialty insurance products preferred
