As a Communication Analyst with a focus on Security Awareness at Ubisoft Montréal, you will contribute to the development and execution of security awareness initiatives that help reduce human-related security risks through education, communication, and engagement. Working in the Security Awareness Team, you'll support training programs, communication strategies, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

What you'll do

- Contribute to the planning and execution of the Security Awareness Program roadmap and support assigned objectives and initiatives
- Develop and maintain engaging security awareness training content for Ubisoft's learning management system
- Create and execute communication plans aligned with Security and Risk Management priorities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership teams to produce clear and accessible communications across multiple channels
- Design engaging visual communication materials , including infographics and awareness assets
- Support initiatives that encourage positive security behaviors and employee engagement




- Manage the Security and Risk Management team's presence on internal communication platforms, including SharePoint , Microsoft Teams , and the corporate intranet
- Support operational activities related to the awareness program, including phishing simulations and information requests
- Translate technical security concepts into content adapted for a wide range of audiences
- Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of awareness initiatives and training materials

What you bring to the team

- Experience in business communication , project coordination , or instructional design
- Understanding of information technology and cybersecurity concepts
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to different audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
