Join the Urgent Response Services team as a Respite Support Worker at Lumenus Community Services. Support children and youth with autism in a fixed-term, community-focused role. In this full-time position, you will work closely with clients experiencing significant needs, applying evidence-driven interventions.

Your responsibilities will include assessing client strengths and needs, providing direct care, and working collaboratively within diverse settings to ensure safety and support. Key Responsibilities:

- Generalize therapeutic interventions to client needs
- Provide supportive and validating interactions with clients
- Assess and track client progress through daily notes
- Engage in recreational activities to support individualized goals
- Maintain a safe and organized program setting Requirements:
- ECE, CYC, SSW, DSW Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with autism support in community settings
- Understanding of anti-oppression and anti-racism principles
- Ability to engage in physical activities with clients
