As Leisure Programs

Manager, you are vital in creating programs that engage community members in Thunder Bay, Ontario. You’ll oversee program administration, manage staff, and coordinate training and events.

Your role requires exceptional communication abilities and strong organizational skills to effectively facilitate growth and engagement within the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance recreational programs for the community
- Administer national and provincial programs, including coaching




- Manage daily operations and organizational goals
- Lead and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members
- Maintain a focus on safety and engagement in programming Requirements:
- Education in College/CEGEP or similar experience
- CPR and First Aid certifications required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Criminal record check will be conducted
- Relevant experience in leisure management is an asset Utilize your expertise in program development and leadership to enrich the recreational landscape in Thunder Bay.
