New Age Services Inc. is looking for a Community Support Worker to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting.

What You'll Do Support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.

Promote independence, healthy lifestyles, and meaningful social connections.

Implement behavioural support strategies and individualized support plans.

Accompany individuals to appointments, recreational activities, and community outings.

Complete documentation and reports accurately and professionally.

About You

Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities.

Comfortable providing personal care and behavioural support.

Calm and confident in challenging situations.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours/week)Tuesday to Saturday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Starting Wage: $21.19/hour

Benefits Include: Health and dental benefits after probation

6 flex days after 3 months

Mileage reimbursement ($0.50/km)

Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Human Services, Disability Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Education, or a related field (equivalencies considered)

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

Reliable vehicle with $2 million liability insurance

Emergency First Aid & CPR

Intermediate computer and administrative skills Assets Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and non-verbal communication strategies

Medication administration experience
