What You'll Do
- Support individuals with daily living activities and personal goals
- Provide emotional, behavioural, and personal care support
- Promote independence and community inclusion
- Attend appointments and community activities
- Follow support plans and complete documentation
- Support individuals using a harm reduction approach
Schedule & Pay
40 hours/week and Schedule:
- Wed: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Thu: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Fri: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Starting Rate: $21.19/hour
Additional shift premiums for evening and weekend hours

What You Bring
Required
- Human Services Certificate/Diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with $2M liability insurance
- Comfortable driving clients, swimming, and being around pets
Preferred
- Experience in disability, mental health, or addiction support
- Knowledge of Harm Reduction
- Current First Aid/CPR and related certifications
