Bloom Limited Partnership is seeking a Health Care Aide (HCA) to join our care team. Under supervision by a Staff Nurse, you will provide secure, thorough basic care and services to residents as part of a collaborative care approach.
You will assist with bathing,Transfers, meals, mobility, and routine treatments, following care plans and safety procedures. A minimum of one year in continuing care is preferred and CLHA registration is required.
