Join CLWR as a Compliance & Finance Lead in Winnipeg, focusing on enhancing financial management and compliance systems. This role involves expertise in project finance and international programming. In this full time position, you'll collaborate with the Co-Directors and Program Managers to ensure thorough compliance with donor financial frameworks.

Your contributions will be critical in guiding budget proposals, financial reporting, and the capacity building of staff and partners. It’s an exciting opportunity to directly impact our mission through comprehensive financial oversight. Key Responsibilities:

- Support Program Managers with donor compliance during budget development
- Review project financial performance and identify risks




- Aid in project close-out and expenditure reconciliation
- Lead audits and internal reviews, implementing recommendations
- Create finance training materials for team members Requirements:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
- 3–5 years working in project finance within nonprofits
- Knowledge of Global Affairs Canada compliance
- Proficient in financial software and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication in English Drive financial excellence for CLWR and maintain compliance across impactful projects.
