As a Construction Labourer, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carpentry, siding, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform various construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution.
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or protective coverings.
- Support restoration projects by applying caulking, painting, or other finishing touches as needed.




- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others.
- Help with the installation of flooring, tiles, or other surface finishes under supervision.

Requirements

- Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction sites is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools and basic power tools confidently and safely.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding schematics is a plus.
- Experience with carpentry, restoration work, or construction painting is desirable.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems or welding techniques is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new skills such as flooring installation or tile laying.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the day.
