Leveled Ground Interlock & Landscaping is seeking a reliable and motivated Interlock / Landscape Construction Technician to join our Toronto field team full-time.

Established in 1997, Leveled Ground specializes in interlock installation, repair and re-levelling, hardscape construction and custom outdoor projects throughout Toronto.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, demonstrates good judgment and problem-solving skills, and wants to become a member of our crew.

Responsibilities

- Interlock installation, repair and re-levelling
- Excavation and site preparation
- Grading and base preparation
- Aggregate placement and compaction
- Bedding preparation and stone installation
- Measuring, cutting and fitting interlock
- Operating construction tools and equipment safely
- Material handling and job-site organization
- Identifying and communicating potential problems on site
- Following project specifications and direction from the foreman
- Maintaining high standards for workmanship, safety, cleanliness and respect for client properties

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in construction, landscaping, interlock and/or other general labour is preferred
- Valid driver's licence, clean driving record, valid auto insurance and reliable access to your own vehicle are required
- Strong attention to detail,



critical-reasoning and problem-solving skills are required
- Previous masonry experience is an asset
- Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor construction work
- Reliable, punctual and able to consistently arrive at Toronto job sites on time
- Able to follow direction while also using good judgment and initiative
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a crew
- Commitment to quality workmanship and job-site safety
- Professional and respectful when working on client properties
