Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Labourer and be an essential part of transforming peoples issues into solutions. As a Construction Labourer, you will assist skilled tradespeople in executing high-quality work while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced setting.

Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
- Use hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, framing, re installation of demo work
- Understand hydraulic jacks and the process of re leveling structures
- Use of supports put in place to support
- Perform demolition, restoration, and surface preparation activities as needed
- Support installation of sump pump systems , drainage systems , dimple board installation, window wells, concrete pours , concrete pillars/supports
- Follow safety protocols diligently while maintaining a clean work environment throughout each project phase
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction environments
- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly desirable
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques
- Experience with sump pumps , French drains , water proofing and excavation is an asset
- Concrete forming and pouring / finishing is an asset
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and safety procedures
