What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years construction experience in mining operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently
- Experience in construction/carpentry, concrete, and welding work
- Ability to read and understand engineering prints (civil, structural, rock excavation)
- High attention to detail and high standards
- Good communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts on a 7/7 rotation
