What You’ll Be Doing Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Handle inbound and outbound communication with members Connect with individuals who have requested benefit information Schedule and confirm virtual appointments Conduct virtual presentations and consultations Learn about each member’s individual needs and priorities Clearly explain available benefit programs and coverage options Answer questions and provide professional guidance Assist members with digital applications and required documentation Maintain accurate and organized client records Complete follow-ups and quality-control activities Participate in ongoing training and professional development Develop communication, client-service,
