The Arup University is an enabler to improve the quality of Arup’s work with a remit of learning, sharing and research. It enables Arup's aim to be known by its clients, collaborators and competitors for having greater design and technical expertise. In Europe the Arup University will focus on 1500 people in 9 countries.

The skills networks operate cross-organisational and aim to share and exploit existing knowledge and support, facilitate and undertake knowledge creation on specific topics that underpin all of Arup’s skilled capabilities and practice.
