Association of British Columbia is inviting applications for a Legal Counsel for a one-year contract. Ideal candidates will have a law license for BC and 3-7 years of litigation experience. Your work will cover all case aspects, from investigation to trial preparation, enhancing service delivery for our members. Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate claims and gather necessary information
- Advise and instruct adjusters and legal experts
- Draft legal opinions and reports
- Manage settlements and trial preparations
- Collaborate effectively with team members and members Requirements:
- Between 3-7 years litigation experience
- BC legal practice license
- Robust commitment to member service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Support BC's local governments with your legal skills and experience at MIABC.
