In this role, you will oversee the Olds College Rodeo Program under the guidance of the OC Ag Manager. As a Contract Coach, your duties will include managing team operations, developing training regimens, and engaging actively with the community to promote the rodeo initiatives and student success. Key Responsibilities:

- Coach participants at rodeos and training sessions
- Create and implement yearly competition schedules
- Monitor student-athletes' academic performance and welfare
- Advocate for safety measures in all practices and competitions
- Engage in community fundraising and support initiatives Requirements:
- Three years of coaching experience at collegiate or qualified level
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- NCCP Level 2 is desirable
- Excellent communication skills are crucial
