Your role will emphasize data management, relationship-building, and effective communication to track progress and support decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote workplace safety and health standards at all times
- Coordinate tracking of agreements with Indigenous organizations
- Develop initiatives for enhanced workforce participation
- Maintain respectful relationships with Indigenous partners
- Facilitate various community engagement activities Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields strongly preferred
- 3-5 years in Indigenous relations or economic development
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint necessary
- Proven communication ability for diverse audiences
