Advise on a range of corporate matters, with a focus on private M&A; transactions Support on select public and capital markets matters as needed Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including share and asset purchase agreements and ancillary agreements Work closely with partners and senior lawyers across multiple mandates Coordinate with internal teams as required across corporate and securities matters Support partners on active corporate and transactional mandates Full-time associate position based in Toronto Collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with strong in-office presence Busy and growing corporate group with a steady pipeline of transactional work Training at a reputable firm in corporate law ~ Solid experience in public M&A;, securities, capital markets and private Equity transactions ~ Ability to run files with confidence and work efficiently with partner supervision ~
