Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring compliance with credit policies and proactive risk management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management and best practices.
Monitor account performance, resolve customer disputes, and Escalate significant credit risks as needed.
Support the development and improvement of credit policies, procedures, and controls.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual credit reporting, including month-end close support.
Participate in daily team meetings, prioritize workload, and provide backup support to the Credit Manager.
About You
- Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable,
or a related finance function.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and account management.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
Salary Range $70,000 - $72,000 /year
