Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to Thai express recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operating POS systems, accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and addressing customer needs promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces, adhering to food safety regulations.




- Assist in food safety practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
