Role Description

- Work with our clients to recommend the very best solutions for their storage needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Follow-up on inquiries, confirm reservations, rent storage units, prepare rental documentation, and update the client database.
- Sell/upsell high-quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, and other moving supplies.
- Complete daily administrative duties and reports.
- Collect rental payments and follow-up on outstanding accounts.




- Perform daily inspections of rental units to ensure that they are clean, properly locked and client-ready.
- Maintain property appearance by cleaning spaces, sweeping, removing debris, organizing moving carts, etc.

Experience & Qualifications:

- A High School diploma and/or some post-secondary education
- A proven background in customer service and retail sales.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and pride in your work.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to work weekends.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization. The expected hourly range for this role is $19 – $21.

Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan,



and paid time off.
