Take charge as a Road Foreperson at Dawson Road Maintenance in Alexis Creek, BC. Supervise maintenance teams to ensure roads remain safe for all travelers. In this full time role, you will report to the Superintendent, Roads, and manage day-to-day activities of road maintenance crews and equipment. Your background in road management will be vital for executing efficient operations while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance crews and ensure task compliance
- Ensure a safe working environment at all times

- Enforce MoTT specifications in work processes

- Management experience of at least three years
