As a Demand Generation Manager at Elantis, you’ll be responsible for:
Own and execute Elantis’ demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads, sales‑ready opportunities, and pipeline growth.
Design, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns across email, paid media, content, webinars, events, and website experiences.
Develop and manage campaign frameworks including personas, buyer journeys,
offers, nurture streams, and conversion paths.
Build and manage marketing automation programs, including lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing, and lifecycle reporting.
Collaborate with content, sales, and subject matter experts to create assets that support awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
Plan and execute demand‑focused events (webinars, trade shows, virtual sessions), including promotion and post‑event follow‑up.
Manage and analyze campaign and funnel performance; Own and report on core demand metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and ROI.
Maintain clean, reliable data across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Build dashboards and reporting to track performance by channel, campaign, and funnel stage.
Test, iterate, and refine campaigns using A/B testing and performance insights.
Contribute to marketing planning, budget input, and prioritization based on performance data.
Hands‑on expertise with marketing automation and lead lifecycle management.
Experience using Dynamics 365 as a CRM.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in technology, consulting, or skilled services is a strong asset.
Post‑secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field. #
