As part of Dana’s dedicated team, your work aligns engineering and operations to facilitate new product launches. You bring 5-7 years of experience and will utilize your skills in risk management and project coordination. By implementing effective project management practices, you'll ensure effective communication and collaboration across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee adherence to project milestones and phase checklists
• Lead efforts for industrialization and quality assurance
• Diagnose and resolve project-related risks and issues
• Collaborate with suppliers to set quality benchmarks
• Maintain and refine project management KPIs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing roles
• Expertise in GD&T; and technical drawing interpretation
• Familiarity with VBA programming is a plus
• Available for occasional overtime work
