This senior leadership position oversees structural engineering projects from inception to completion, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering wood-framed, concrete, steel, and masonry structures for commercial, multi-dwelling, and institutional buildings.

The successful candidate will drive technical excellence, client relationships, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Project & Technical Leadership Manage multiple structural projects from concept through construction, including design, detailing, specifications, and permitting. Provide structural details and prepare documentation using modeling software like ETABS, SAFE,



and S-Frame.

Oversee teams of engineers and designers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Communicate effectively with building owners, architects, and contractors on design intent, timelines, rough cost estimates, and project direction. Guide projects through permitting processes and construction phases.

Track progress across multiple projects and provide strategic input. Minimum 10–12 years of structural engineering experience in commercial, multi-dwelling units, and institutional projects involving wood, concrete, steel, and masonry. Proficiency in structural modeling software (ETABS, SAFE, S-Frame).
