Collaborate on and lead complex technical projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery while maintaining technical excellence. Spearhead initiatives to improve code quality and workflows, actively contributing to discussions and presentations in front-end meetings. Writing automated tests and collaborating with the QA team to ensure robust and solid code.

helping them grow their technical expertise and career development. 7+ years of professional experience in Front-End development. ~ Extensive experience with Typescript, React ecosystem (Next.js is a plus), and modern state management libraries. ~ Strong expertise in CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles. ~ Experience with frontend performance optimization and monitoring. ~ Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks. ~ Proven ability to influence technical decisions and drive change, with experience in a leadership or influential role. ~ Commitment to writing high-quality code and continuously improving projects. ~ Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and agile development processes. ~ Passion for software development with a track record of continuous learning and growth.
