Position Overview

Seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and optimization of modern DevOps practices and cloud-based application delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Release Management teams to streamline software delivery, automate deployment processes, and ensure reliable application releases across multiple environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, and application deployment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Implement and manage YAML-based build and release pipelines for automated deployments.

Support application development teams by enabling efficient build, deployment, and release processes.

Collaborate with Development and QA teams to coordinate and support application releases.

Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks.

Configure and manage environments across development, testing, staging, and production.

Support and maintain REST APIs and gRPC services deployment and integration processes.





Monitor application performance and infrastructure health to ensure high availability and reliability.

Implement DevOps best practices for source control, release management, infrastructure configuration, and deployment automation.

Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide root cause analysis for production incidents.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment speed, quality, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with banking security, governance, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in a DevOps, Build & Release, or Platform Engineering role.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.

Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using YAML.

Experience with Release Automation and automated deployment strategies.

Knowledge of REST APIs and gRPC services.

Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, YAML, release automation, and deployment.

DevOps practices across build, deployment, monitoring, and environment management

Working with development and QA teams to support application releases

Experience with cloud technologies

Solid understanding of source control, automation, and Infrastructure/deployment best practices
