Key Responsibilities; Execute manual and automation testing across banking and KYC applications Understand and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories Perform test case execution, regression testing, and integration testing Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA Work hands-on with JTMF (or equivalent test management framework) Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members Apply knowledge of KYC processes, workflows, and regulatory requirements Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices Communicate clearly with stakeholders on test execution progress and issues Define and own the Test Strategy for projects Create and maintain: Test Plans Detailed Test Cases Lead defect management activities including triage, prioritization, and closure Provide regular status reports on: Risks and dependencies Mentor junior team members and ensure QA best practices are followed Act as the primary QA point of contact for stakeholders Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills- Testing, KYC, JIRA, JTMF, Banking 8+years in QA Lead – Banking & KYC Domain Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid KYC domain knowledge Prior banking or financial services experience Experience test automation frameworks (architecture, components, execution flow) Hands-on experience with:



JIRA (defect tracking, workflows) JTMF (or similar test management tools) Proven experience in manual functional testing Experience in Database Testing Hands-on experience with Python scripting Experience with API testing (REST APIs, request/response validation, basic automation) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred) Relevant experience in QA/testing roles within banking or financial services Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 8 to 15+ years of experience as a QA Lead in banking and KYC domains.
