About the Role:
Park Road Furniture is looking for a creative, systems-minded marketer to manage our digital presence and help us showcase our furniture and custom pieces to clients across London and the surrounding area. You will split your time between visually highlighting our showroom/projects, keeping our website fresh, and maintaining our CRM system to ensure no customer lead falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media &
- Content Creation (40%):
- Plan, create, and schedule weekly organic content across main platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Capture/edit simple photos and short-form video (Reels/TikTok style).
- Monitor channels, reply to messages/comments, and engage with our audience.
- Website Management (30%):
- Maintain and update website content, banners, product/service updates, and landing pages.
- Ensure site functionality, fix broken links, and update basic SEO tags.
- Track basic site metrics (traffic, conversions) via Google Analytics.
- CRM &
- Email Marketing (30%):
- Manage our CRM database (tagging leads, organizing pipelines, and cleaning contact lists).
- Build and schedule regular email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
- Set up straightforward automated email/SMS follow-up workflows for new leads.
- Drive Measurable Lead &
- Sales Growth:
- Utilize GoHighLevel automations, targeted local social campaigns, and email marketing to increase web shop orders and drive foot traffic/in-home design consultation bookings.
What The 20 Hours a Week Should Look Like
- Social Media &
- Visual Content (8–10 hrs):
- Showroom &
- Project Photography:
Coming on-site to capture high-quality photos/videos of new showroom floor arrivals, custom builds before delivery, and behind-the-scenes shop work.
- Local Engagement: Tagging local interior designers, home builders,
and community accounts; running local Instagram/Facebook posts targeting the London/Middlesex area.
- Website Updates (4–5 hrs):
- Updating product catalogs, uploading fresh gallery photos of completed installations, and keeping pricing/promotional banners current.
- CRM &
- Lead Management (5–6 hrs):
- Lead Capture &
- Follow-ups:
Ensuring anyone filling out a website form for a design consultation or custom quote gets added to your CRM with automated instant SMS/email replies.
- Database Nurturing: Sending regular broadcast emails/newsletters to your existing customer base about seasonal sales, new floor stock, or custom lead-times.
Qualifications &
- Skills
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, websites, and email/CRM tools.
- Comfortable with up-to-date visual design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar).
- Familiarity with modern CRM and automation software.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Self-starter who can take an idea and run with it independently.
Compensation &
- Perks:
- Base Pay: $22.00 / hour (15-20 hours/week)
- Growth Incentive: Monthly performance bonus tied to measurable increases in online sales, design consultation bookings, and showroom lead growth.
- Vehicle Mileage: Reimbursed at standard CRA rates ($0.73/km) for client home visits.
- Valid Drivers licence and access to transportation is required.
