Role Description The Digital Operations & Automation Lead is a remote contract role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital workflows that support Contemporary Mindz’s learning solutions and partner ecosystem. This role oversees day-to-day operations of key digital platforms, including learning environments, marketing and communication tools, and internal collaboration systems, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and seamless user experiences. The Lead will map processes, identify automation opportunities, configure low-code/no-code tools, and integrate systems to improve efficiency, reduce friction,



and support scalable delivery of Future-Ready Skills™ solutions.

Daily activities include coordinating with content, product, marketing, and partner teams; monitoring performance and metrics; troubleshooting operational issues; and documenting standards and playbooks. The role also supports continuous improvement, compliance with data and security practices, and contributes to strategic recommendations on digital operations and automation.

Qualifications

- Experience in digital operations management, including workflow design, process mapping, and optimization of technology-enabled services.
- Proficiency with automation and integration tools (e.g., low-code/no-code platforms, workflow engines, API-based integrations) and a strong interest in AI-enabled operations.
- Background in managing or supporting digital learning environments, HR technology, or SaaS platforms, with an understanding of user experience and learner journeys.
- Skills in data analysis and reporting to monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform decision-making using dashboards and metrics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical requirements, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills, including creating playbooks, standard operating procedures, and process guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and deliver reliably within a contract-based engagement.
- Relevant experience in HR, learning & development, EdTech, consulting, or workforce transformation is beneficial
