Become part of the City of Windsor's Operations team as a Transportation Technologist I, focusing on traffic and parking bylaw management. Ideal for candidates with engineering backgrounds.This full-time position calls for a dedicated qualified with a Civil or Traffic Engineering Technology diploma and experience in transportation. You will assist in policy reviews, data analysis, and preparation of traffic studies. Engaging with the public and City Council is also a key aspect of this role.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare reports and recommendations for traffic bylaws- Analyze and maintain motor vehicle accident data- Conduct traffic surveys and roadway inspections- Support traffic technician with data collection- Liaise with city officials and the publicRequirements:- Three-year diploma in Civil or Traffic Engineering Technology- More than one year of relevant experience- Membership or eligibility for O.A.C.E.T.T.- Current Class ‘G’ Driver’s Licence- Familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS conceptsUse your technical skills to improve transportation infrastructure and community well-being in Windsor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
