As data, advanced analytics and AI become increasingly critical to the organization's performance and transformation, you help shape the future of Personal Services by defining and leading its data, analytics and AI strategy. You're a strategic leader who serves as a trusted partner to sector executives in order to maximize the business value of data, support decision-making, accelerate the shift toward a more data-driven organization and strengthen the sector's overall performance. You provide cross-sector leadership to a wide range of stakeholders and directly influence strategic directions, investments and priorities related to data, business intelligence, advanced analytics and AI.More specifically, you will be required to:Define and lead the data, analytics and AI strategyDevelop and advance the sector's strategic vision for data, analytics and artificial intelligenceEstablish the strategic directions, priorities and roadmaps needed to maximize the business value of dataIdentify and recommend the investments required to support the sector's ambitionsEnsure sector initiatives align with organizational prioritiesAccelerate the shift toward a data-driven organizationHelp leaders and teams adopt a culture of data-driven decision-makingLead transformation initiatives that expand the use of data, advanced analytics and AIInfluence the evolution of practices, processes and ways of working to embed data in business decision-makingAdvance business intelligence and advanced analyticsLead the strategic evolution of the data, analytics and AI ecosystem by maximizing tool adoption and the value delivered to Personal ServicesAdvance analytics capabilities to improve the quality, timeliness and relevance of decision-making informationPrioritize and oversee the delivery of high-impact use cases that benefit members and clients, increase revenue,
