Join our Summer FC Coaching Team as a Youth Soccer Coach! From July to August, engage children ages 3-8 in fun and skill-focused sessions that nurture their love for soccer.
As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will deliver sessions tailored to meet individual needs while maintaining an inclusive atmosphere. You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is always ready and that each child feels safe and supported. Your leadership skills will also inspire young players to develop their teamwork and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging soccer sessions for ages 3-8
• Create a safe and inviting learning environment
• Tailor coaching methods for individual skill growth
• Ensure equipment is ready for each session
Requirements:
• Must have valid vulnerable sector check
• Reliable transportation required
• Solid passion for soccer necessary
• Flexibility to adapt to weather changes
