Location: The position may be located at any Saskatchewan Claims office, subject to desk availability.

Work Arrangement: 100% in-office

Pay Range: $122,139 - $162,859

Closes: September 7, 2026

We’re looking for a Director, Claims (Injury) to provide strategic and operational leadership across our provincial Injury Claims functions. In this role, you’ll guide teams through complex claims work, support consistent and fair outcomes for customers, strengthen partnerships across the claims system, and help advance service delivery, operational performance, and long-term Auto Fund sustainability.

- Can balance customer needs, legislative requirements, operational priorities, and responsible stewardship of Auto Fund resources
- Are organized and comfortable leading through change, setting priorities, managing risk, and supporting operational readiness
- Communicate with confidence and clarity, including presenting to groups, working with partners, and supporting escalated or sensitive matters

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, such as Health,



Business or Social Sciences along with 10 years’ experience comprised of six years progressively challenging leadership and four years’ experience in a field related to injury or disability claims management.
