Job Description Security Agent
You ensure the safety and wellbeing of your fellow employees, guests and visitors. You are attentive, effective and committed, and will ensure your property remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.
This is a
full-time, permanent
position, starting
October 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $23.30 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.20.
Job Duties Include:
Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
Conduct regular floor patrols,
cash counts and crowd control
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Qualifications
Previous security/hospitality experience is required
OFA level 2 First Aid Certification required
Previous security/hospitality experience is required
Class 5 Drivers License is required
Possess a valid British Columbia Basic Security Training (BST) License
