AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents, under the direction of the Registered Nurse. You will support Personal Support Workers and coordinate with physicians and the health care team to ensure resident needs are met.

You will also participate in shift reports, act on changes in resident status, and contribute to policy implementation within the unit. A Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario is required.
