As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll report directly to the Maintenance Manager while overseeing the maintenance staff and contractors. Your leadership will ensure effective equipment management and adherence to safety protocols across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance staff for operational efficiency • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions • Manage daily activities of the maintenance team • Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations • Collaborate with departments to support maintenance needs
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably food-related • At least 2 years in a supervisory role • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and CMMS systems • Post-secondary education in Technical Engineering preferred
