Further education or certification in Disability Management, Return-to-Work Coordination, or a related discipline is considered an asset.

Experience Minimum of two years experience in disability management, return-to-work coordination, claims management, occupational health, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience managing complex disability and accommodation cases involving multiple stakeholders. Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of disability management principles, workplace accommodation practices, and return-to-work programs. Knowledge of workers'

compensation legislation and claims processes. Familiarity with applicable employment, human rights, privacy, and occupational health and safety legislation. Excellent case management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.



Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality. High initiative, a personal working style that is flexible and responsive to client needs Proficiency with case management systems, electronic medical records (EMR), and Microsoft Office applications.

Prior work in Cority and HR systems is an asset.
