Your main missions will be :
Team Leadership & Shift Management
- Lead, coordinate, and train the dishwashing andequipment packing team (managing shift schedules, task allocation, and breaks).
- Ensure strict adherence to Personal ProtectiveEquipment (PPE) guidelines and safety procedures.
- Drive daily output performance to match flightdeparture schedules (On-TimePerformance.).
Dishwashing& Sanitization Operations
- Oversee the continuous operation of industrialflight-type dishwashers.
- Inspect clean equipment (trolleys, meal trays,chinaware, glassware) to guarantee standard hygiene and quality levels.
- Perform first-level maintenance troubleshootingon washing equipment and escalate technical issues to the maintenancedepartment.
EquipmentPacking
- Oversee the sorting, inventory management, andstorage of equipment specific to each airline client.
- Supervise the assembly and packing of equipment(trolley setups, drawer packing, cutlery kits) according to airline-specificgallery plans (GALLEY / LOspecifications).
- Ensure seamless delivery of clean, packedequipment to the meal assembly (Tray Set) and dispatch teams.
Quality,Health, Safety & Environment (HACCP)
- Enforce strict compliance with HACCP rules, foodsafety, and airport security standards.
- Complete traceability logs, including wash/rinsetemperature checks and hygiene control audits.
- Maintain clear segregation between soiled (dirty) and cleanoperational zones at all times.
