Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards

- Support the kitchen team in organizing supplies and ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic
- Help with basic food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with food safety regulations
- Clear tables and assist with serving duties when needed to enhance guest satisfaction
- Follow proper sanitation protocols during cleaning routines to uphold health standards
- Support meal and food preparation processes as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
