- Respond toemergency and non-emergency calls and document vitalinformation.
- Respond to any problems and follow upwith the appropriate departments or field units.
- Maintain and operate a multi-line telephone consolesystem.
- Respond to product and delivery-relatedinquiries.
- Direct crews and other field units to theappropriate locations using the radio, phone, orcomputer.
- Prioritize and categorize calls based ontheir importance.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification isnecessary.
- A minimum of two years’ experienceina similar job is required.
- Solid understandingof emergency procedures and protocols.
- Excellentinterpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with data entryexperience.
- The ability to work well under duress.
