As Senior Manager, Technical Partner Solutions, you will be the primary technical owner for a portfolio of strategic API partners. This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role that sits at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and product, and will have a clear path toward people‑management as the team grows. What you will do Own the end‑to‑end technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic API partners, from integration and onboarding through to post‑launch performance and growth. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, handling API questions, troubleshooting integration issues, and guiding partners toward effective solutions. Monitor and analyse API performance metrics to identify trends, surface issues proactively, and drive improvements before they become partner‑facing problems.
Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to advocate for partner needs and support the adoption of current API features and capabilities. Lead structured technical reviews with partners, translating data into clear and actionable insights. Create and maintain documentation covering integration best practices, onboarding processes, and key performance benchmarks. Contribute to process improvements that make onboarding faster, integrations more stable, and partner experiences more consistent. Manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams simultaneously without losing attention to detail or follow‑through. Bring a strategic lens to partner engagement, shaping the long‑term partnership roadmap beyond immediate integration needs.
