Step into a key role as Controller and help shape financial operations by ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency within the Finance team. You will report directly to the Director of Finance. Your expertise in overseeing financial reporting, budget analysis, and internal controls will empower decision-making and strategic planning.
This role requires a strong focus on analyzing financial insights to coordinate and develop effective financial strategies in line with the organization’s objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present monthly and annual financial statements
- Provide insights and forecasts for effective decision-making
- Manage financial strategy development and execution
- Lead internal controls and month-end financial activities
- Assist with budgeting and capital planning efforts Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a financial management role
- Robust proficiency in Excel and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Acumatica, Procore preferable
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
